Pete Day

Head of Operations

Pete has extensive worldwide operations, research and analytical management skills and experience, having held a variety of senior management roles in the Gartner organisation over the past 20 years.

Prior to that he ran European consumer technology research programs for INTECO Corporation, having spent the first 12 years of his career undertaking Operational Research projects for the Milk Marketing Board of England and Wales.

Pete holds an MA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.

Stuart has worked for more than a decade with Heads of Strategy, Technology and Operations in the world's leading financial services firms, among them Allianz, Aviva, The Bank of England, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Postbank, Friends Provident, HBOS, HSBC, Investec, Lloyds, MMI Holdings, Nedbank, RMB, RBS and Swiss Re.

Stuart was formerly Managing Director of the Corporate Strategy, General Management and IT Practices in the Corporate Executive Board, where he led a 500-strong global CXO community.

Lisa Sargood

Director, Digital Strategy

Lisa advises commercial companies, charities and national institutions on digital and editorial strategy, with a particular focus on innovation.

She was Multiplatform Commissioner at the BBC where she won many awards including BAFTAs and an International Emmy®.

Lisa holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and is a Visiting Associate at the University of Oxford. She is an accredited Executive Coach.
